Terms & Conditions

2. Ordering Process

To place an order, select the desired products and proceed to checkout.
Before completing the purchase, the customer must provide accurate contact information and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Once the order is submitted and payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

3. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through Maksekeskus AS, our authorized payment service provider.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Bank payments

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if applicable)

All prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to Estonia, the EU, and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Estonia: 1–5 business days

  • EU countries: 3–10 business days

  • Outside EU: 7–21 business days

Shipping providers may include:

  • Omniva

  • DPD

  • Itella SmartPOST

  • DHL / UPS (international)

Customers must ensure that delivery information is accurate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or postal service partners.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned products must be:

  • unused,

  • in original packaging,

  • in resellable condition.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned items are received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

6. Responsibility for Product Quality

If the delivered product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

7. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment-related data is processed by Maksekeskus AS, who acts as the authorized data processor for payment information.

8. Limitation of Liability

ENFK SPORTS OÜ is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by:

  • postal or courier service providers,

  • force majeure events,

  • incorrect customer information.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes will be resolved in Harju County Court unless required otherwise by law.
