Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by ENFK SPORTS OÜ.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Estonia

  • EU countries

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Estonia: 1–5 business days

  • EU countries: 3–10 business days

  • Outside EU: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs, peak seasons, or issues with courier partners.

4. Shipping Service Providers

We deliver orders using trusted logistics partners:

  • Omniva

  • DPD

  • Itella SmartPOST

  • DHL / UPS (for international shipments)

The available methods and prices are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination country

  • chosen delivery method

  • package size

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

ENFK SPORTS OÜ is not responsible for:

  • deliveries sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • packages lost due to incorrect address

  • delays caused by courier companies

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • confirmation

  • tracking number (if available)

Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
