Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ENFK SPORTS OÜ.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions described below.

1. Right of Return (14 Days)

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused,

  • in its original packaging,

  • in the same condition as received,

  • suitable for resale.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you want to return

  • reason for the return

  • photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide further instructions for returning the product.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • the product was defective,

  • the product arrived damaged,

  • the wrong item was delivered.

In these cases, ENFK SPORTS OÜ will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we:

  1. receive the returned items, and

  2. inspect and approve their condition.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Send us clear photos showing:

  • the damage/defect

  • the packaging

  • the product label (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • items that have been opened or used

  • items without original packaging

  • products damaged due to misuse
